At Asset One, our mission is to enable sustainability and drive economic growth through our asset management & technical services. Asset One was founded in 2023 by Roy Milne who had a vision to transform how asset operators unlock efficiency by taking a holistic approach to asset management connecting the boardroom to the boots on the ground to reduce cost and risk using pragmatic strategies.
Drawing on decades of industry experience, our team has delivered high-value, tailored solutions across sectors like oil and gas, energy, and infrastructure. From improving asset performance to mitigating risks, we have built a reputation for reliability and innovation.

Roy Milne
Founder, Managing Partner
Roy has over 20 years of global experience leading asset management, maintenance, and reliability improvements across offshore energy. His work has taken him across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and North America, where he has served in roles ranging from Chief Electrician and Maintenance Superintendent to Asset Integrity and Maintenance Manager, Operations Director, Country Manager and Operations Director.
He is a degree-qualified Project Manager, Chartered Manager, CMRP, and IRCA & CQI Lead Auditor, with further training in Lean Six Sigma, AI Governance, SAP, IBM Maximo, and STAR IPS. This blend of frontline technical experience and global leadership underpins the consultancy and technical solutions he now leads at Asset One.

Paul Tawse
Partner, Head of Business Development
Paul brings over 15 years of leadership experience across supply chain, safety-critical services, and operational delivery in the energy and industrial sectors. As Head of Business Development at Asset One, he leads the growth strategy across asset management, engineering projects & technical services, building long-term client partnerships and delivering solutions that reduce risk, lower cost, and improve asset performance.
Paul holds an HNC in Electrical Engineering and several leadership accreditations.

Andy Thouless
Partner, Head of Technical Services
With a background in fabrication, rig building, and inspection, Andy leads the Technical Services Division at Asset One Partners LLP. His expertise includes managing complex asset integrity, fabric maintenance & modification projects across the globe.
Andy is an IRATA-certified Level 3 Rope Access Technician, Technical Authority & Manager with several supplementary certificates in project delivery and quality assurance.

Asset One is seeking a number of Rope Access Level 1 / Level 2 Consultants to provide safe and efficient access solutions for inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
The ideal candidate will have relevant IRATA rope access certification and experience in confined space and high-altitude work.
North Sea
Survey Consultant
Asset One is seeking a Survey Consultant to provide 3D Laser Scan services onboard offshore drilling rigs and fixed platforms across the globe on a per-project basis.
The ideal candidate will have a UK passport and BOSIET etc along with working knowledge and experience using Leica Total Station equipment.

Reliability Consultant
Asset One is seeking a Reliability Consultant with a CMRP Certificate to optimise asset performance and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in reliability engineering and asset management, delivering solutions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Aberdeen Hybrid
